Is there a program like Commission Junction or Amazon Associates that has the option to automatically donate earned commission to charities?

Couple different options.. I actually do this with all of my clickbank sales. I have them send the check to me, then I turn around and send the same amount of that check to my favorite charity. Why? Because when I do this I can deduct the income off on taxes. I take my expenses for advertising, then I take my income on my tax returns under my business filing. Lets say you had a small loss.
Then you donate all of your affiliate income to your charity. You then get to deduct a portion of this off on your taxes, depending on your filing status, etc.. Please note I am not a tax guy so I am not offering any tax advice.

Try Squidoo. I’m sure you’ve heard this brainchild of Seth Godin and with Squidoo you can choose to donate income from your lens earning to your favorite charity.
Oh! Lens is just a substitute for webpage that you build with Squidoo modules. It’s like a blog but it’s more fancy with all the bells and whistle.

There are also sites like iGive.com
SItes like these track your online spending and a “commission” is sent to the charity that you designate. If you select a charity, at the end of the year will will receive a tax statement from iGive.com which you can use to deduct your charitable donations.
There are many charities and causes to chose from.
